Photos - Angel City Chorale's Holiday Concert 2016

The Angel City Chorale (ACC) delivered a most beautiful holiday concert over the past weekend inside the gorgeous Wilshire United Methodist Church. I was lucky to be there for Sunday’s event, and so were the hundreds of people who filled the church to capacity.

ACC performed over 15 songs - some were traditional holiday music from various parts of the world, and others adaptations of modern songs by the likes of the Pentatonix, Nat King Cole, and Amy Grant. Four of the pieces invited the audience to sing-along.

ACC’s slogan is “Building Community One Song at a Time.” In true form, Conductor Sue Fink took the opportunity to underline the importance of love, tolerance, and unity in our country. She also spoke of ACC’s Tour of Hope, which, this Dec. 10, will take 100 members of the choir in an outing that will bring holiday cheer to various parts of Los Angeles. The schedule of this Tour of Hope is posted below.
