Check out Fuego’s Monthly Latin Brunch Series. First Stop - Cuba

Passports are not needed on this Latin American tour. You can simply pack your taste buds and culinary curiosity as restaurant Fuego continues on course through a 12-country Latin Brunch Series that takes you this April 23 (from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) to Colombia.  The Sounds of Colombia band will perform accompanied by Latin dance demonstrations, including cumbia, to round up the experience of this colorful South American country.

Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, the Long Beach skyline and the Queen Mary.

“The Latin Brunch series provides an opportunity for guests and locals to taste a wide variety of Latin American cuisine each month without having to leave Long Beach,” said Kristi Allen, Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hotel Maya – a Doubletree by Hilton. “The Chef has also created a special dish to be enjoyed each day that represents the culinary tastes of the respective country.”

The Latin America Brunch series will move on to Mexico on May 7, El Salvador on Jun. 25, Brazil on Jul. 23, Chile on Aug. 20, Venezuela on Sep. 17, Guatemala on Oct. 29, Peru on Nov. 19, and Nicaragua on Dec. 17.

For an additional $10, guests will enjoy endless sparkling wine or mimosas. A complimentary glass of sparkling wine or cider, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, juice or soft drinks will be served.

Fuego is a modern, Latin infused dining and lounge experience, in a unique indoor-outdoor setting at the water’s edge. Famous for its handcrafted margaritas, Fuego also boasts one of the largest tequila selections in the region. Fuego restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and its Fuego lounge opens daily at 11 a.m.
